Fabrice Fraikin has significant professional experience in the Finance and Strategy area.

He began his career in the financial department at Renault in 1995. From 2000 to 2006, he worked at JP Morgan in London, then joined Bain & Company in financial services consulting.

He founded Flexam Invest in 2011.

Fabrice is a graduate of Paris Dauphine University and EMlyon Business School.

Florian de Sigy has significant professional experience in the Finance and Consulting area.

He began his career at Société Générale G and Thomson CSF Ventures in 1994 and was appointed as Director of European Structured Share Sales at Deutsche Bank in London in 2002.

He founded Gamma Finance in 2009 before joining Flexam Invest in 2016.

He is a graduate of EMlyon Business School and of the Executive MBA of INSEAD.

Damien GRANGER leads the investment team. He takes in charge the deployment of the new Fund, Flexam TAIF II, and the monitoring of the first Fund Flexam TAIF I.

He began his career at the General Inspection of Société Générale in 2009, then in 2014 he developed the long-term financing of the group. In 2018, he became Director in the Asset Financing team of Société Générale.

Damien Granger, CFA, is a graduate of École Centrale de Lyon, HEC Paris, IAE Lyon and ENASS.

Olivier Fitoussi joined Flexam Invest in 2023. Founder of a placement agent specialised in non-listed assets, he has worked with several Private Equity, Venture Capital and Private Debt funds, including Flexam Invest. From 2010 to 2021, Olivier was Head of Sales of Roche Brune AM, Apicil Asset Management and State Street Global Advisors. He began his career as Sales Manager at Deutsche Asset Management / DWS (Deutsche Bank Group) in Paris.

Olivier Fitoussi is a graduate of ESCP Business School, majoring in Finance.

Marc Harfouche joined Flexam Investissement in 2025 as Business Development Director, overseeing strategy, capital deployment, product development, and structuring.

With over 18 years of experience in private equity, he has held senior positions at Quilvest, Platina Partners, and Trispan, where he contributed to fundraising and investments with institutional and family office investors.

He holds a degree from ESCE and a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from ISLI (KEDGE Business School).

Louis Douady joined Flexam Invest in 2025 to enhance the sourcing initiatives of the Fund on sustainable tangible asset financing, notably within the aviation sector. As an Asset Allocation Strategist with Loomis Sayles, Louis was in charge of private debt products allocating to specialized GPs.

Before that he spent 17 years in aviation banking with Natixis. He held origination management roles in the Aviation Group in Europe, then launched and led the Asia Pacific team. He later served as Americas Head of Aviation serving OEM, airlines, and leasing customers with debt and capital market products.

Earlier in his career, he held several positions in Risk, Audit and General Inspection at BNP Paribas.

Louis Douady is a graduate of ESCP Business School, Specialized in Finance.

Julien Pierret joined Flexam Investissement in October 2025 as Shipping Finance Director being responsible for shipping origination leadership, investment execution and portfolio management.

Previously, he spent 17 years at HSBC where he had been, from 2017 to 2020, Director with a global responsibility to lead the shipping, offshore and oilfield services financing activities within the group.

More recently from 2021 to 2025, he was Group Head of Structured Finance at SNCF Group delivering structured solutions : asset finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance and project finance for SNCF and their subsidiaries.

Julien started his career in 2001 at KPMG Audit as an auditor.

Julien graduated in 2001 from Audencia Business School.

Adrien joined Flexam Invest in June 2024 after several experiences in financial advisory and restructuring, notably as a Director at Alvarez & Marsal, where he coordinated debt advisory and financial restructuring projects. He also held senior positions at PwC Advisory in Paris and Barcelona, specialising in transaction services and financial restructuring.

Adrien graduated from EDHEC Business School with a double degree in financial management and management.

Lucas joined Flexam Invest in July 2020 with previous experiences in risk analysis of alternative investment funds at BNP-Paribas CIB and in M&A field at Laborizon.

Lucas holds a Master in Management and a MSc in Finance, Investment and Wealth Management from Neoma Business School.

Céleste joined Flexam in September 2024, bringing over 10 years of experience in finance, particularly as an Investment Manager at Crédit Coopératif – BPCE Group, where she managed investment portfolio transactions across Europe and Africa with a focus on ESG considerations.

Céleste has also held senior roles at SAUR and Société Générale in business development and trading.

Céleste is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique.

Alexandre joined Flexam Invest in 2022, first as an intern and now as an Analyst in the investment team. Before joining the company, Alexandre had several experiences in start-ups and a first experience in private debt for a year.

Alexandre graduated from EDHEC Business School with a double degree in Management and Corporate Finance.

Tristan joined Flexam Invest in December 2023 after an experience at CACEIS Luxembourg, and an internship at Flexam Invest.

He graduated from Ecole des Mines, equivalent to Graduate Institute of Science and Technology’s Master of Science diploma, and EM Lyon (master’s in management, option finance).

Laura joined Flexam Investissement in September 2025 as an Investment Analyst, contributing to deal execution and portfolio analysis.

Laura began her career at Arup, where she worked for over a year as an Aviation Consultant, participating in multiple international projects.

Laura graduated in Aerospace Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, completing part of her studies at Université Toulouse III – Paul Sabatier. She also holds a Master in Finance from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid,.

Charline Zamanian joined Flexam Invest in January 2025. Prior to this, she spent three years at Goldman Sachs as a Sales professional in Public Markets, where she worked with a diverse client base, ranging from institutional investors to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).

Charline graduated from ESSEC Business School with a master’s degree in management.

Fatma Abdennadher joined Flexam Invest in 2025. She has over 3 years of experience in financial auditing and consulting having spent 1 year at PwC and 2 years at France Audit Expertise. Prior to that, she held the position of valuation analyst at CBRE Valuation and Advisory Services.

Fatma is a graduate of Université Dauphine with a master’s degree in Corporate Finance.

Faranaz Auliar joined Flexam Investissement in November 2025 as Office Manager, bringing nearly ten years of experience from the investment firm Truffle Capital, where she successively held the positions of Executive Assistant and Communication & Facility Manager.

She began her career at Altarea Cogedim before moving into administrative and office management roles within the financial sector.

Faranaz holds a Higher Diploma in Executive Assistance from Webitech Paris.
